Food & Beverage Manager

Responsible for the overall success for the coordination, administration and direction of all Food and Beverage activities on property. The Food & Beverage Manager directly supervises the Executive Chef, Deli Manager, Beverage Supervisor and Dining Supervisor, while indirectly supervises the activities of all employees in the Food and Beverage Department. A Bachelor’s degree in Hotel and Restaurant management or related area from a four-year college or university; or five to seven years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.  Minimum of six years of experience in Food & Beverage Management.

Maintenance Technician

From heating & cooling to electrical to construction and everything in between, you’ve been there and fixed that. Maintenance technicians are responsible for all indoor and outdoor general maintenance and repairs. 

Marketing Coordinator

Full-Time

This position plays a key role in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns including direct mail, broadcast media, print, outdoor entertainment, promotions, and other relevant marketing functions. In conjunction with the marketing team, track and analyze customer data to determine the results of campaigns, promotions, and events. Present and cultivate a positive image at the casino and in the community.

Twin Bridges Restaurant Busser

Our bussers are fast, focused and able to follow directions. Bussers are tasked with the cleaning, resetting and monitoring tables in our restaurant.
